What you can do
- View messages used in the current billing period.
- See exactly when your allowance resets.
- Upgrade from Free to paid plans.
- Open Stripe Customer Portal for invoices, payment methods, and cancellations.
- Monitor threshold warnings at 80%, 110%, and 130% usage.
Admin controls
Platform admins can manage organization-level billing exceptions:
- Start, update, and end manual trials.
- Apply and remove organization discounts (percent or fixed amount).
- Review admin billing audit history.
