Book appointments on WhatsApp with calendar and AI
Publish a booking calendar, share the link (or let an agent book), and stop negotiating times by hand in chat.
Coordinating appointments on WhatsApp usually looks like this: “Does Tuesday work?” → three messages → they forget → somebody no-shows. Wroups: Inbox + Engage now includes booking calendars synced with Google and appointment tools for AI agents.
The drama-free flow
- Connect Google Calendar in Settings.
- Publish a booking calendar with hours, duration, and buffers.
- Share the public link (or paste it in your bio / saved replies).
- Optional: give an AI agent read/write on that calendar to offer slots and book in the conversation.
- Optional: a workflow sends confirmations and reminders (WhatsApp and/or email).
For the team
In the Calendars view you see the shared schedule, sync Google events, and link contacts. Less “who confirmed?” floating in the air.
For the AI agent
The agent doesn’t invent your whole Google Calendar: it only uses the booking calendars you allowlist, and writes only if you gave Read & write. It always acts on the contact in the current conversation.
Who should turn it on first
- Businesses with demos, consults, or recurring visits.
- Teams already on a shared inbox who waste time negotiating slots.
- Ops that want automatic reminders without another tool.
How to get started
- Sign up or log in to Inbox + Engage.
- Complete Settings → Calendar and publish your first booking calendar.
- Read the guide: Calendars & booking and AI agents.
