Wroups Build vs Inbox + Engage — which to choose
Wroups has two product lines. They’re not a “basic vs pro” plan of the same software — they’re different contracts and ways of working.
In one sentence
| Product | Idea |
|---|---|
| Wroups: Inbox + Engage | You and your team run WhatsApp (inbox, CRM, workflows, AI) at msg.wroups.com |
| Wroups: Build | Roberto builds and configures systems to your needs — site, ops, automations — at wroups.com/build |
Choose Inbox + Engage if…
- WhatsApp is your main channel and the chaos is in the messaging team.
- You can adopt a self-serve tool (onboarding, WhatsApp connect, configuration).
- You need shared inbox, contacts, segments, pipelines, templates, and automations today.
- You want to pay Meta directly for messages (BYOC) with no platform markup.
Choose Build if…
- The pain is the whole operation: spreadsheets, appointments, collections, website, processes that live in one person’s head.
- You don’t want to learn another tool — you want someone to build and maintain it.
- You need custom development or a Website / Unlimited plan.
Can they combine?
Yes. They’re independent products. On the Unlimited plan (Build), we sometimes integrate the WhatsApp module (Inbox + Engage) when the operation needs it — as a separate service, not “included by default” in the base Build plan.
Quick summary
- Problem = lost messages / messy WhatsApp team → Inbox + Engage.
- Problem = the business grew and the systems didn’t → Build.
- Both → start with the most expensive pain this week; the other can come later.

Templates vs saved replies — when to use each
Meta templates to open conversations and notify; saved replies inside the 24-hour window. They’re not the same thing.
Wroups Build — when the business grew and the systems didn’t
Website, custom automations, and operations without freelancers. Who Build is for and how a project starts.
